Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed. Aggressive Breeds of dogs are not allowed. With vinyl
plank flooring instead of carpet we are friendly to accidents the pets may have.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is a major fire hazard, so the Fire Marshall says no. Smoking is allowed outside the building, but please dispose of your buts properly.

When is rent due, where do I pay, and what payment methods are accepted?
There is a Payment Drop Box located inside Unit C, up the stairs at apartment 36. Payments may also be mailed to P.O. Box 792, Kearney, NE 68848. Payments are expected by the 1st of the month in full and Check or Money Order is accepted.
People are now paying by Paypal or Venmo also.

There are plenty of parking spaces for you and your visitors . No charge for parking.
