Do you allow pets?
Although pets can be fun to have, they can also disturb your neighbors and damage your apartment. In respect to all the tenants, there are no pets allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is a major fire hazard, so the Fire Marshall says no. Smoking is allowed outside the building, but please dispose of your buts properly.
Parking Fees?
No! Lincoln West provides free parking for all of its tenants.
Cable ready?
Yes, there is a cable hook-up in each bedroom and the living room.
Satellite dishes are not allowed.
When is rent due, where do I pay, and what payment methods are accepted?
There is a Payment Drop Box located inside Unit C, up the stairs at apartment 36. Payments may also be mailed to P.O. Box 792, Kearney, NE 68848. Payments are expected by the 1st of the month in full and Check or Money Order is accepted.
Do I need to purchase Renters Insurance?
We highly recommend that all our tenants purchase renter's insurance. It is inexpensive and protects your belongings in the event of loss or theft.
